Onsera is a weight management program that combines GLP-1 medication therapy with digital support tools. To participate, you need to meet both clinical eligibility criteria and have coverage through your employer's benefits plan.
You may be eligible if you:
Clinical eligibility is reviewed by a licensed provider. Meeting the criteria above does not guarantee a prescription — your provider will assess your full health history to determine whether GLP-1 medication is safe and appropriate for you.
Access to Onsera is provided through your employer's benefits plan. You must have active coverage through a participating employer to enroll. If you're unsure whether your plan includes Onsera, contact your HR or benefits administrator.
There are a number of reasons someone may not be eligible at a given time — including health history, current medications, or benefits coverage. We're unable to share the specific reason for individual decisions, as these are made on clinical grounds by your provider. If you have questions or believe your result may be an error, contact our support team at help@onsera.com.
