Getting Started
Body Pro 2 Smart Scale
Step 1
- Remove the scale from the box.
Step 2
- Pull the plastic battery tab from the bottom of the scale.
- The screen will display setup messages while it connects to the cellular network. This may take a few minutes.
Step 3
- Once the screen indicates it's ready, you're all set.
Take Your First Weigh-In
For the most accurate measurement:
- Step onto the scale barefoot
- Wear light clothing
- Stand still until the measurement finishes
- If arrows appear on the screen, gently shift your weight in the direction indicated
- When complete, your name will appear on the display and your results will automatically be sent to your Onsera care team.
Blood Pressure Monitor
Your blood pressure monitor is also pre-configured.
- Remove it from the box.
- Place the cuff on your upper arm following the guide printed directly on the cuff.
- Press the Start button.
- Relax and remain still until your reading is complete.
Your measurement is automatically transmitted to your Onsera care team.

Having Trouble Connecting Your Device?
Most participants are able to connect their devices without any additional steps. If you see an error message during setup, don't worry—many connection issues are easy to resolve.

Using the Withings Connect Assistant App
The Withings Connect Assistant app is only needed in the small number of cases where your device cannot connect using its built-in cellular connection. It helps connect your device to your home Wi-Fi or Bluetooth so your measurements continue syncing automatically. The app is free and does not require a username or password.
Before getting started:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5 GHz).
- Have your Wi-Fi password available.
Then:
- Download the Withings Connect Assistant app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and tap Continue.
- Select Yes when asked if you're part of a remote program.
- Allow Bluetooth access.
- Select Set up with your phone.
- Choose your device (Body Pro 2 or BPM Pro 2).
- When asked if you have a Data Hub, select No.
- Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to pair your device and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
